Feedback from our customers
Real feedback from Ebenezer Tropicals and eBay customers.
The plecos arrived healthy looking, with quick shipping and great packaging. I did think they'd be a little bigger , Im honestly worried about vacuuming my tank next week and not seeing them but overall they look good, just hoping they grow an inch fast. I only included one photo because I can only find one of the plecos since they arrived.

Timely communication, fast shipping and very healthy fishies! One of the bags had leaked almost all of it's water out but thankfully with the two day shipping, the fish was still active and healthy. Would buy from this seller again with no hesitation!

Our experience with Ebenezertropicals was amazing! Our fish came in strong healthy and happy. Packaging and shipping from him was awesome as well! They came to their new home better than described and he even threw in a surprise extra fish which was an awesome surprise. His communication was excellent when I asked questions he responded extremely promptly! Definitely will be buying more fish as needed from him.

Such a great seller! I've never purchased fish online before, but my local fish store didn't carry the Red Head Tapajos. I purchased 5 from Ebenzer Tropicals to have a small school. They are great looking fish that are sized about 2" with juvenile coloration and will get much more colorful as they mature. Where the seller really excels is communication. Every question I had was answered quickly, accurately and in a friendly, professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
